Everything You Need to Know

happy to help.
What types of vessels do you service?
We service all types of commercial and private vessels, including
container ships, cargo vessels, oil tankers, offshore support and
LNG vessels, ferries, cruise ships, naval and coast guard vessels,
fishing fleets, private yachts, and shipyard-based units.
Do you provide on-site servicing at the port?
Yes. Our Ghanaian technicians work on-site at ports and shipyards
across Ghana — including Takoradi and Tema — so your vessel doesn't
need to leave the dock. We come to you and complete servicing around
your operational schedule.
Which standards do your services comply with?
All services are performed in accordance with SOLAS regulations, IMO
guidelines, manufacturer specifications, and Ghana Maritime
Authority (GMA) requirements. We provide full documentation suitable
for port state control and flag state inspections.
How often should life saving appliances be serviced?
Most life saving appliances require annual servicing, with some
items such as inflatable life rafts requiring servicing at intervals
of no more than 12 months and hydrostatic pressure cylinders tested
every 5 years. Load testing of davits and launching appliances is
required annually and at 5-year intervals. We'll help you build a
schedule around the manufacturer's recommendations.
Do you offer 24/7 emergency repairs?
Yes. Our emergency response teams are available 24 hours a day, 365
days a year at major Ghanaian ports. We aim to deploy within hours,
not days, to minimise vessel downtime. Call our hotline on +233 20
290 1901 for immediate assistance.
Do you use genuine spare parts?
Absolutely. We stock an extensive inventory of genuine OEM spare
parts for major life saving appliance manufacturers including
Viking, Norsafe, and Survitec. This eliminates the long wait for
international shipments and ensures your equipment meets
manufacturer warranty requirements.
How do I request a quote?

What certifications does your company hold?
Our work is carried out to SOLAS and IMO standards, our quality
management is aligned with ISO 9001, and we operate in line with
Ghana Maritime Authority (GMA) requirements. As an authorised
service station, our technicians are factory-trained by leading
equipment manufacturers.
